Return and Exchange Policy:

Thank you for shopping at Sol E Mar Jewelry. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, please read our policy below.

1. Eligibility:

Regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange within 3 days upon arrival. Due to hygienic reasons earrings are final sale.

Sale items, items purchased using a promotional code are FINAL SALE. Items that are damaged are eligible for replacement only. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for these items.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange:

   - The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

   - The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

   - For items eligible for exchange, the desired replacement item must be of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.

3. Process for Returns and Exchanges:

   - Contact our customer service team at info@shopsolemar.com to initiate the return or exchange process.

   - Provide the order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.

   - Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

4. Refunds and Replacements:

   - Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

   - For eligible returns, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

   - For eligible exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped to you within 5 business days.

5. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items:

   - Earrings and other pierced jewelry are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons unless they are damaged upon arrival.

6. Damaged Items:

   - If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item.

   - Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photographs of the damaged item.

   - We will arrange for the replacement of the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

Please note that Sol e Mar reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part.
